I had a great thought last night... how easy would it be for us to add a step in our locum connection service? Very.
Here at ORNA Pharmacy People, we are about quality. As part of setting a gold standard for connecting locum pharmacists with employers, we will be following up on each locum placement that occurs. This way we will be able to create a feedback log on various locums. How useful to have testimonials! This will then give a prospective employer a real picture of the person they are looking at employing.
Pharmacy relies totally on word of mouth, and let's face it, if you aren't in the 'loop', you wont have any idea who is good, bad or indifferent. Sole proprietors of small pharmacies are completely isolated from the world of locum pharmacists.
Well I had better get cracking! Some serious work to get done... :)
